Green Smoothie Bowl that changed my life! 

Adrian, my son and I eat smoothie bowls all the time, this one is e-a-s-y.  You are going to love it.


1 medium avocado
1 cup pineapple, diced
2 cup(s) spinach, or kale, chopped
2 tablespoons nut butter - I use sunbutter
1/2 cup nut milk, unsweetened (Either coconut of cashew are my favorites.)

1/2 cup stawberries, sliced
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup coconut, unsweetened shredded
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


Dump all the top ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and creamy, adding a little coconut water if necessary. Be super careful not to add too much, otherwise you will be drinking it, believe me on this one, you want it to be thicker than a smoothie. Pour into a bowl.

Top with any of your favorite toppings or the ones I have shared here and serve with a spoon.
